On November 14 2020, the winners from our Facebook Competition
were delighted with a Cooking Lesson by Chef Gord Kahle, and created 2 original Chef’s recipes :
- Pork and Eggplant Omelette with Tobiko Mayo, crisp shallots and herbs.
- Roasted and Smoked Pork rack, witlof, apples and black olive Caramel
Location was Winning Appliances kitchens in Osborne Park, with the support of WA Good Food Guide.
